![]() * Well groomed and able to maintain a professional appearance ![]() * Potential need to work flexible hours and be available to respond on short-notice ![]() * Operations experience in a Part 121 Airline environment * Bachelor s degree in Business, Math, Computer science, Aviation, Statistics, Operations or equivalent major * Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located * Must pass a ten (10) year background check and pre-employment drug test * Successful completion of pre-employment math assessment * One (1) year customer service or office experience * High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Diploma * Complete other duties as assigned by Crew Services and/or System Operations Leadership * Assist with research, data analysis, development and execution of departmental programs * Arrange for Crewmember hotel and/or transportation if necessary * Process Crewmember schedule adjustments using automated computer programs * Monitor Flight or Inflight Crewmember's schedules for irregularities * Schedule and notify Flight and Inflight Crewmembers in accordance with Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR) and Company policies and procedures using available data and reports Flexibility in the work schedule is necessary as the position requires working mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. The highest level of customer service is essential while coordinating with other departments and communicating with Crewmembers. The Crew Scheduler schedules Flight and Inflight Crewmembers in accordance with the Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) and Company policies and procedures.
